Permaculture Mulching Technique

Here is an interesting write up from Regenerative.com with directions on how to lay a good 
sheet permaculture mulch, in 9 easy steps. 

Shar-Care sells straw, and I've seen bales for sale in the Comox Valley area, take the scenic route from Campbell River to Comox and watch for signs.  Or just enjoy the scenery.
