The Tahsis Community Garden had its early beginning in the fall of 2009 and in March, 2012, registered as a Society under the BC Societies Act. The member community keeps our garden maintained, healthy and thriving.
Who are We?
All residents with a permanent Tahsis mailing address are eligible to apply for a plot at the Tahsis Community Garden. Message us on facebook or speak with any of the Directors to apply. The garden is located in the mobile home park, 8G Rugged Mountain Road, PO Box 218, Tahsis BC V0P 1X0

Native Foods Book
Michelle has purchased three copies of a book titled "Food Plants of Coastal First Peoples". It is published by the Royal BC Museum and does a great job of explaining uses for wild plants in BC.
